An ounce and a half Bitter Bloom, three ounces dry sparkling wine, a splash of soda over ice. A sprig of anything green from the garden, or nothing. Floral, honeyed, barely bitter at the back. The drink for the short week the hills go loud with color and you drive out to stand in it.
